High Square Plansifter

High square plansifter is mainly used for screening of ground wheat and intermediate materials, it can be used for flour grading as well. Now It is widely used in modern flour mills and rice mills. Through different screening designs, the intermediate materials can pass through different screening channels to realize material classification.

Plansifter working principle

The machine is driven by a motor which is installed inside of the main frame and counter-balanced by a counterweight. Each machine has 4, or 6, or 8 sections sieves inside. Different material flows into the different section on its own route. According to individual design for different materials, the sieve sifts different granular material to different next passage in flour mills when the whole machine is running.

Plansifter features

1. Flour screening cloth adopts special filter cloth from Switzerland SEFAR company.

2. The square wooden screen frame is covered with plastic coating to make the screen frame wear-resistant and prevent moisture deformation. The edges and corners are wrapped with metal to enhance the hardness of the screen frame. The size of the screen frame is fixed to meet the standard and is easy for replacement. The locking mechanism adopts vertical pressure locking, which is simple and reliable. Through fine processing, the frame can effectively avoid the leakage of powder.
